GURP, Geek Ultimate Recycling Program is our effort to save the world from being overrun with refuse! We will take any electronics, in any condition, and recycle it! If you are recycling a computer, please note that your data will be permanently destroyed before the unit is recycled.

Why do we want to keep as many of the electronics out of the landfill?

Quite simply, because this stuff is very hazardous when left out in the environment. Lead, tin, cadmium, mercury all play a part in making the electronics work, and when in use do not pose much of a health threat, but when they leech into the ground water and in quantity, they can become toxic for everyone. So, please help us help the environment, and our children by recycling your old or broken electronic equipment.
